Island Dentistry accepts many types of insurance policies. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your claim on your behalf. It is imperative that we receive all your insurance information accurately. Please review your insurance policy and be aware of your benefits. At the time of your visit, we will collect any estimated copayments and/or deductibles.
Patients often believe their insurance policy will cover most of their dental cost, but most only cover 50 to 80 percent of the average fee. We will assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. We are not, however, responsible for how your insurance company will handle each claim. Your insurance contract is between your employer and the insurance company. We are here to help you make sense of your insurance information and gain the benefits from the insurance your employer picked out for you.
Please keep us informed of any changes, such as policy name, insurance company address, or a change of employment. Rest assured we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy.
Island Dentistry accepts cash, personal checks, all major credit cards, and offers financing through Care Credit Financing.
